Refunds for remote tuning services are only considered if the service cannot be completed due to technical limitations or incompatibility with the vehicle. Once a remote tuning session has been delivered or the service has been completed, refunds are not available.

II. PLRTD3 Remote Tuning Device

A. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available for the PLRTD3 remote tuning device if the product is found to be defective or not functioning as intended. If you experience an issue, contact us at info@hoonies.co.uk within 15 days of your purchase. We will provide technical support and, if the issue cannot be resolved, arrange a refund.

B. Condition for Returns

To qualify for a refund, the PLRTD3 device must be returned in original packaging, undamaged, and complete with all accessories originally provided.
